It seems that when I photograph this family, I come across my "newest" must have in a shoot. A couple of years ago, I photographed Anna's brother, Austin. It was during that shoot that we stumbled across an amazing truck. Unfortunately, the truck in no longer there.

Yesterday, we stumbled across this cool Impala. Amazing colors, sleek style:). Not only that, we had deer watching!

Valentine's Day Special is announced

I am already getting calls to book the 2009 Valentine's Day Special. This year, I am offering two different choices. "Angels" and "Sweethearts". Angels will be white on white with angel wings and halos. Sweethearts will be your choice of clothing with all different types of flowers and love-inspired props. I am always open to you personal requests as well. You can e-mail me and I will let you know when we will be booking these sessions. As always, there will be special packages available.

UPDATE::: Saturday, January 31st, and Sunday, February 1st are the dates for the Valentine's Day Special. Book now. These dates go fast.

Kennedy turns one!

I always feel so blessed when I have the opportunity to watch little ones grow. I have watched Kennedy since before she was born when I did her mother's maternity session. A whole year has passed by, and Kennedy is now one. I truly can't believe how fast a year can pass by. Kennedy is a precious and determined sweetheart.

I absolutely love to photograph Seniors. They not only inspire me as a photographer, but also as a person. The joy and excitement I see with each senior I photograph is priceless. I couldn't figure out which actress Ashley reminded me of. Either way, she was beautiful and fun to shoot. She looked like a Calvin Klein add.

Kristyn Edwards

Kristyn drove up in a sporty jeep with the top down. I thought to myself, she is spunky and fun. I was right. Not only that, she was drop dead gorgeous. Here are just a few of the amazing images we created.

Jordan Kielty~

Oh my gosh! My niece (and my son) are both seniors this year. I did Jordan's session yesterday and took way too many images. I just love her so much and I enjoy being around her. I think I am going to make her come back for more. I have an idea that is too crazy/fun not to use with her.

Ashley Verplank~

We can't figure out which celebrity Ashley looks like. I say Shania Twain, but my son just thinks she is beautiful...and she is. Her session was creative and unique.

Jordan Willett~
During our session, I asked Jordan if she was up for something a little different. I told her about my idea with balloons, dress, etc. Before I even finished telling her, she said "Let's do it." Photographing her was so fun for me. I know I wore her out, but I could have photographed her all day long.

Alex Poore~
Love her eyes, love her hair, love her session. Our session was full of interesting "observers". Everywhere we went, people kept talking to her, watching her session, and staring. She just went with the flow.

Alexis Linn~
Oh goodness! I made Alexis hike through streams and bogs to get an image. I wanted to take her to a field of yellow flowers. I had been eyeing that field for days, and I was finally able to get her there. This was after our 3 straight days of rain. It was worth it. Her field images are wonderful.

2011 Weddings are going to be HOT! So many brides with wonderful plans.

We know that your wedding is one of the most important days of your life. We understand that you want that day to be perfect; free to enjoy that special time with each other and with the family and friends. You want peace of mind that your wedding day will be captured and preserved forever. We will work to ensure that every special moment of your wedding is captured and that your wedding coverage is tailored to meet your needs. We invite you to come to our studio and look at examples of our work and talk with us about your plans for your wedding day.

We are limited in the number of weddings we book. We want to make sure your day is perfect. To us, that means making sure you are given the attention to details you deserve.

Studio Only: $500.00
Done inside the studio. Not on the day of the session. Minimum purchase is $500.

Pre-Bridal/Formal Album: This session is done both inside and outside, and can include a location near the studio. It includes up to 4 hours of time not on the wedding day, a large album, small wall portrait, and custom Folio box with 50-5x7 proof prints. $2900.00

Wedding Day Full coverage: This includes full coverage of your wedding day. You get EVERYTHING! A large wedding album and two smaller parent albums (same design), two specialty sessions of your choice, a large wall portrait, and a Premium Folio Image Box holding all your images from your day. You will also receive a copy of your images on disk. $4900.00

Specialty Sessions:

E*session: Spend up to 4 hours laughing, flirting, and having a blast. We will spend time near the studio and then head to downtown Nashville. You will receive a custom Guest album using our images to use on your wedding day.
Trash The Dress: What to do with the dress after all the ceremony, honeymoon, thank you cards are complete? Let's have fun together taking some crazy, fun, spirited images. This can be the bride alone, or the bride and groom together. You will receive one 8x10 of the session.

Bridal session: Enjoy that gorgeous gown as long as you can. Spend the day feeling as beautiful as you look. This is a truly wonderful time to build anticipation for your big day. You will receive a Mini-proof album of your session.

Our First Day Session: The wedding day is over, and your family and friends have gone home. Now it is just the two of you as you begin your lives together. Put on the gown and a suit, and let's just have fun. You will receive a 10x10 custom canvas gallery wrap.

Bridal Boudoir Session: Some of my brides have requested a special session to create a unique and beautiful gift for their husband-to-be. This session will last about 3 hours. The final product is an intimate album of your beautiful images. The perfect "just before we walk down the aisle" gift for your groom.

200 Save The Date magnets: Images from your engagement session will create a picture perfect reminder for your friends and family. Include these in your wedding invitations. Add $150.00

My daughter, Melanie, is graduating in May. I love her so much, and I am so proud of her. She will be attending USC in California with her major in Chemisty. I remember being 9 months pregnant, 2 week over due, and taking a chemisty final in college. Think this might have something to do with her major choice?
